Exploration will
begin in the newly awarded PEP 51153 and PEP 51155 permits in the Taranaki Basin. Seismic and drilling is
programmed for 2009. A portion of the company's 30 percent interest will be
farmed-out to help finance this new and exciting project. Both permits have
prospects that are located close to adjacent oil production.
